Civil / Municipal Engineer
Seeking a Civil/Municipal Engineer with 4+ years experience to manage municipal project workload for busy Exton, PA office. Responsibilities include subdivision and land development review for municipal clients, engineering design and permitting for public improvement projects, agency coordination and construction administration.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited curriculum
- PE is required
- Candidates must possess strong communications and technical writing skills
- Ability to attend and participate at public meetings on behalf of municipal clients
- Familiarity with current industry regulations and standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Project management experience a plus
- Expertise with MicroStation or AutoCAD a plus
- Relevant work experience is required

Highway/Civil Engineer
McCormick Taylor, Inc. is seeking mid to senior level Highway/Civil Engineer with experience in highway and bridge designs to manage PennDOT and PennDOT related projects from inception through construction. Applicants must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum, a P.E. license in Pennsylvania, and 7+ years of professional work experience. Experience to include completing all aspects of preliminary and final designs for roadway and bridge projects, including PS&E packages. Applicants must have strong technical skills and knowledge of PennDOT design standards and procedures. Applicants must be able to oversee the work of highway designers, to work as part of a larger design team, and work independently on design projects. Must be proficient in AutoCAD or MicroStation. Municipal/Civil Engineer
McCormick Taylor, Inc. is seeking a mid to senior level Municipal/Civil engineer to manage municipal projects from inception through construction, and to serve as the primary contact person for municipal clients. Applicants must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum, a P.E. license in Pennsylvania, and 7+ years strong civil/municipal experience working with local governments, including Townships and Boroughs in the Philadelphia suburban region. Experience to include representing clients at public meetings, marketing, project budgeting, and the supervision of technical staff. Technical skills to include drainage and stormwater management, highway and traffic engineering, environmental permitting, and construction management. Applicants must have strong technical skills and be familiar with PENNDOT standards and procedures including road maintenance programs funded with Liquid Fuels Tax revenues.
