Bridge Inspector - Team Leader Seeking a Bridge Inspector - Team Leader with 5-8 years experience to lead inspection teams for local and state owned bridges. Responsibilities will include performing and supervising NBIS, interim, and fracture critical bridge inspections, and coordination/inspection for maintenance and/or repair activities. Candidates must be proficient in PennDOT BMS and NBIS inspection requirements, and possess a valid driver’s license and current Bridge Inspector Certification issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and must meet PennDOT qualifications as a Bridge Inspector Team Leaders. Candidates should possess strong communications and technical writing skills and be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Proficiency with PennDOT EDC, E-Forms, I-Forms, and Access Database is required. Experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD a plus. Highway and/or construction inspection experience a plus. B.S. degree in an accredited Engineering program and an E.I. preferred but not required.

Civil Engineer Technician Seeking a Civil Engineer Technician with 2 to 4 years municipal review or land development design experience to assist engineers with reviewing subdivision and land development project applications for government clients. Position will also involve the design of municipal capital improvements projects. Design/review experience to include roadway geometry, grading, stormwater management and drainage, lot layout, right-of-way research, E & S controls, PennDOT HOPs, bid package preparation, construction management, permitting, surveying, and other aspects of general civil and site engineering. Highway/Civil Engineers
Mid-Level Seeking Highway/Civil Engineers with 5 -10 years’ experience for highway and bridge projects in the Delaware Valley area. B.S. in Civil Engineering and P.E. license in Pennsylvania are required. Candidate must be experienced with all aspects of highway design, including roadway alignment, drainage and stormwater management, MPT plan preparation and PS&E submissions. Candidate must have full command of PennDOT design standards and procedures, and the requirements for preparing preliminary and final designs, right-of-way plans and bid documents. Experience with non-DOT projects a plus. Strong communications and writing skills are required, and proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation is preferred. Candidate must be capable of overseeing and directing the work of highway designers and CAD technicians, and be able to work as part of a larger design team, or independently on special projects.
