On-call Planning Contract Win with Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) McCormick Taylor is proud to announce a recent award from the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) for On-Call Project Planning, Environmental and Preliminary Design Services. McCormick Taylor has completed similar consulting work with MTA over the past several years. This new five-year contract includes such services as site evaluation and planning, conceptual and preliminary engineering, environmental evaluations, historic and archeological assessments, coordination activities, technical analyses of ridership and traffic, urban design and landscape architecture and community involvement. Dana Knight, P.E. will serve as the Project Manager, and Andy Smith will be the secondary liaison. McCormick Taylor’s team will be supported by nine subconsultants: AB Consultants, Inc.; ArchPlan, Inc./Philipsen Architects; Michael Baker Corporation; Coastal Resources, Inc.; Fitzgerald & Halliday, Inc.; Gallop Corporation; Staiano Engineering; RJM Engineering, Inc.; and Rosborough Communications, Inc.
