Marketing Assistant Seeking applicants for an Administrative Assistant position for busy Marketing Department and office team. Excellent entry level opportunity for a recent grad. Duties will include typing and desktop publishing; generating reports, circulating daily department correspondence, updating databases using Access and Excel, maintaining mailing lists, and assisting with proposals. Other duties will include copying; filing; switchboard relief; and special project administration as required. Must be able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and have the willingness and ability to work overtime as needed. Professional work experience required. Marketing Coordinator Seeking applicants with 3+ years experience for a Marketing Coordinator position to support busy Marketing Department. This marketing position will support the Marketing Director, Regional Marketing Coordinator(s) and provide proposal support for approximately 5-6 branch offices from McCormick Taylor’s Philadelphia location. Primary responsibilities include: coordinates proposal preparation/production/delivery; develops/updates technical resumes, project descriptions, statements of qualifications, etc.; monitors advertisements/RFP websites; coordinates with Subconsultants; coordinates tradeshows and seminars; manages department database programs: Historical Tracking, Sub Database, Project Database, Staff Capabilities Database; tracks personnel credentials, licenses, education, training certificates, resume updates; develops, produces and coordinates promotional materials, marketing collateral, marketing campaigns, brochures, letters and emails, press releases and business development letters; coordinates with employees as necessary on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications include: responsible, professional and detail-oriented individual possessing strong editorial/grammatical skills; knowledge of MS Office Word, Access, Excel and PPT. InDesign is a plus; must be able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and have the willingness and ability to work overtime as needed; professional work exp. required. Previous experience in a Professional Services or Marketing firm is helpful; candidate should enjoy working in a team environment; demonstrate a customer-service minded attitude; proficiency in Word with 70 wpm is required.

Structural Engineer Mid- to Sr.-Level Seeking a Structural Engineer in our Philadelphia office. The candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum and have 5-10 years of bridge experience. P.E. license is required. Qualified candidate must be proficient in designing various bridge and structural elements, and have experience with PennDOT and AASHTO LRFD design specifications. The successful candidate is required to plan and conduct Type, Size and Location studies for highway bridges and related structures; produce Type, Size and Location plans; and develop final design detail drawings.
