We’re pleased to announce that Craig Lease has joined our Construction Management/Construction Inspection team in Baltimore.
With over 30 years of CM/CI experience, Craig has worked closely with many of McCormick Taylor’s Maryland clients, including the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) (Districts 3, 6, and 7), MDOT Maryland Transportation Authority, Howard County Department of Public Works, and the Montgomery County Department of Transportation.
“Craig is a team leader who is well-known by his peers for selflessly mentoring, training, and coaching project staff,” says Don Smith, Construction Manager.
Additionally, Craig served as the Resident Engineer for the National Harbor Interchange (Woodrow Wilson - FHWA Mega Project). He is also familiar with the Delaware Department of Transportation and the West Virginia Department of Highways. Craig is a skilled communicator with a proven track record for seamlessly partnering with all project stakeholders to facilitate the quality completion of construction projects on time and within budget.
