Paul offers over 30 years of leadership in traffic engineering, transportation planning, design, and project management at McCormick Taylor. He was instrumental in establishing traffic engineering as a centrally managed core service companywide and developing an effective system for discipline based work sharing. More recently, he has championed the oversight of the company’s quality improvement initiative. Paul serves as the companywide QA/QC administrator, responsible for the execution of the QA/QC Procedures Policy, including associated training and education programs, as well as future policy enhancements.


Paul is a member of ITE, a member and past President of MASITE, and a member of ITSPA. In his free time, he enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, camping, backpacking, kayaking, and rafting. Paul serves as a Board Member for the Freire Charter School in Philadelphia and he is active in his church, serving on the Mission Committee and acting as the leader of their Furniture Mission team.
