On Friday, March 6, 2015, WMAR-TV aired an ABC2 In Focus segment on Maryland’s stormwater management fees, which are set and required by nine state counties and the City of Baltimore to fund projects that will reduce stormwater runoff. McCormick Taylor Associate and Senior Environmental Scientist Scott Lowe was on hand to discuss an important Baltimore County project that benefited from the funding — the $14 million White Marsh Run stream restoration.
