    I continue to play club lacrosse. It’s a great opportunity to compete, be active, and check someone. My goal is to play long enough that I can play on an adult team with my kids.

Bio

Ben leads the strategic growth, quality assurance, operations, and development for McCormick Taylor’s Energy Sector throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and adjacent states. His more than 20 years’ experience in the environmental/natural resource field, specializing in environmental permitting and environmental compliance, has given him a thorough understanding of environmental laws and regulations and how they pertain to all phases of project development. Experienced in business development with our existing client base and emerging clean energy markets, Ben has forged key relationships, broadening our depth and breadth of services.

 

Ben previously served as a senior environmental project manager for McCormick Taylor’s energy group, through which he was involved with numerous individual tasks and involvement in all phases of project development. He provides guidance and supervision for our energy staff throughout the company. In this time, he has worked on transportation, municipal, and energy sector projects.

 

Ben and his family are very active in volunteer and fundraising activities for the Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA). He regularly participates in company volunteering opportunities such as Meals on Wheels and Adopt-a-Highway. As parents of four children, Ben and his wife spend their spare time engaged in the daily activities of the family, and Ben assists as much as possible in coaching their children's various sports teams.
