Bio

Chris oversees McCormick Taylor’s strategic pursuits of hydrologic/hydraulic design and analysis work throughout the mid-Atlantic and Southeast. He is responsible for managing work involving stormwater management and green infrastructure; drainage and hydraulic structure design; sediment control, flood studies; and program and permit support for NPDES/MS4 permit-holding clients including TMDL compliance. Chris has worked with transportation, environmental, and public works clients in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, Washington, D.C., North Carolina, and South Carolina. He has provided permit review services on behalf of environmental agencies for over 12 years and has managed design-build and on-call construction contracts for state and county agencies.

 

Chris is an active member of the ASHE Chesapeake Section where he previously served as President, and has presented at several local and national conferences on topics ranging from unique flood studies, stormwater infrastructure asset management, and innovative green infrastructure.

 

A New England native and lifelong Red Sox fan, Chris spends his free time staying active with three boys and one goofy dog, mid-distance running, and throwing frequent dinner parties with his wife in their suburban Baltimore home. He is an active volunteer with Boy Scouts of America and Meals on Wheels.
