He drives new sector growth opportunities, emerging markets, and geographic expansion. He is an advocate for providing staff with the resources and support they need to ensure that the technical work we deliver is of the highest quality, on time, and consistently exceeds clients’ expectations.

Mike joined the firm in 1996. His specialized experience in project management, as well as highway and structural engineering, ranges from technical design work to hands-on inspection and construction services. He is a proponent for incorporating sustainability into our projects, as well as implementing alternative delivery methods like public-private partnership and design-build on the program level.
