With more than 30 years of experience, Randy brings a wealth of expertise in financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, and reporting and analysis to his role. His approach and deep understanding of corporate finance helps ensure that McCormick Taylor remains financially strong while continuing to grow and thrive for the long term.
Randy has served on both the ACEC Audit Subcommittee and the AASHTO Audit Guide Task Force, contributing to national efforts that establish consistent standards for auditing and reviewing consultant overhead rates and cost records on federally and state-funded transportation projects. He is widely recognized among his peers as a trusted expert on Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance.
