VISION & DENTAL
McCormick Taylor offers vision and dental coverage to our employees and their families at no additional cost. These plans include affordable co-pays, as well as no or nominal deductibles depending on the service.
Our employees aren’t alone when planning for the future. To make saving for retirement easier, McCormick Taylor matches a portion of each employee’s contribution to their 401(k) plan.
To help improve employees' overall financial health, we partner with our 401(k) advisors to offer our employees a series of educational seminars and webinars that focus on various financial topics, including “Financial Basics for Millennials & Gen Z,” “Investing Basics, Organizing Your Financial Life,” and “First Time Homebuyer.”
Our wellness program helps our employees make healthy choices. A wellness coach dedicated to McCormick Taylor conducts one-on-one sessions to focus on the individual's needs. From fun challenges and rewards throughout the year to a gift card upon completion, we've integrated employee wellness into the fabric of our company.
