Bio

Betsy has experience managing a wide variety of transportation projects including, transit, aviation, and roadway. She has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, wetland and stream identifications, Section 4(f) evaluations, permits, and preparation of all levels of NEPA environmental documentation. She currently works in-house for PennDOT District 11, managing local projects.
