We are excited to welcome back a familiar face to the McCormick Taylor Pittsburgh Office, David Kozel, P.E.! After two decades away, David is returning to the team, bringing 39 years in the industry and a wealth of wide-ranging experience to his new role as a Senior Manager, Transportation Engineering.
David began his time at McCormick Taylor in 1999 and played a pivotal role in establishing and growing McCormick Taylor’s Engineering Group in the Pittsburgh region. His management and technical expertise have continued to grow over the years as he has held key leadership roles at valued partner engineering firms. His career is marked by significant accomplishments in the delivery of complex projects within the region, business development, client relations, management, and mentoring staff. Notably, David was the Senior Project Manager for Pennsylvania’s first Diverging Diamond Interchange on I-70, an innovative and complex project that highlights his capabilities in delivering cutting-edge transportation solutions.
