MEET BRAD SPITTEL, PMP – Asset Management
With over 21 years of experience in asset management, GIS, and IT, Brad Spittel is a proven leader in delivering strategic, enterprise-level asset management solutions and asset management strategies across the public sector. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Brad brings a disciplined and client-focused approach to project execution and is known for building high-performing teams that consistently exceed expectations.

Brad’s expertise spans Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS), strategic planning, program management, data strategy, process improvement, and organizational change management. He is especially skilled at bridging technical and business needs and excels at managing the critical components of project success, including client expectations, financial oversight, timelines, and risk mitigation.
Brad has spearheaded major asset management and GIS initiatives for local and state organizations nationwide. He strategically aligns organizational opportunities with achievable project outcomes, enhancing their ability to meet overall program goals and objectives and ultimately, contributing to their success. As a leader in the field, Brad's work empowers organizations to optimize their asset management programs. Whether leading the development of a new Asset Management Program, to assisting with the implementation of a Statewide EAMS or managing multidisciplinary teams, Brad is driven by a commitment to operational excellence and sustainable innovation.
MEET KRISTIN LANGWAY, PE – Environmental/Asset Management
Kristin Langway, PE is a seasoned engineering and asset management professional with over 23 years of experience in environmental services, water resources engineering, transportation asset management, and geospatial solutions. She has led multidisciplinary teams and operations for complex state and federal contracts, including multi-million-dollar environmental and asset management initiatives.
“Kristin is a stellar engineer, project manager, and manager,” stated Chris Brooks, Director, Water Resources. “Everyone who works with her recognizes her ability to analyze situations and data, recommend a course of action, and communicate effectively across organizational levels. We are delighted to have Kristin help lead our Asset Management Team.”
Kristin has provided comprehensive environmental and asset management program planning, implementation, and compliance support to state and local agencies through strategic program planning, financial planning and analysis, resource management, stakeholder engagement, program metric and compliance reporting, project prioritization, project management, process improvement, and delivery oversight. She is a respected leader in NPDES MS4 restoration and compliance and has planned, piloted, and implemented innovative strategies and tools to streamline inspection, remediation, and reporting efforts for public agencies.
Kristin is a Professional Engineer (PE) with licenses in three states - Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. With an emphasis on innovation and technology as solutions, she brings a focus on bridging the gaps among planning, engineering, construction, and geospatial solutions.
