  Afton Pascal, CPSM | Director, Marketing
Over her 18-year career with McCormick Taylor, Afton has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s marketing strategy, executing business development plans aligned with company goals, discipline expertise, and regional markets. Now as Director of Marketing, she will elevate the firm’s overall brand vision, partnering with leadership, her team, and professionals throughout the company to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, deepen client relationships, and strengthen McCormick Taylor’s industry presence. Recognized for her strategic thinking and collaborative spirit, Afton is passionate about McCormick Taylor’s presence and guiding its future growth.

As Director, Information Technology (IT), Chris will work among company leadership to identify, deliver, and maintain technology solutions that advance the firm’s technical expertise and enhance system performance across all Company offices. With more than 20 years of experience at McCormick Taylor, Chris is committed to strengthening operations and promoting innovation while also guiding a team of dedicated technicians. With his expertise, McCormick Taylor will continue to advance and evolve with technology.
  Randy Newman, CPA | Director, Finance
In his new role, Randy will work among McCormick Taylor’s leadership team to guide financial operations and provide strategic insights that support the firm’s growth and success. With more than 30 years of experience, Randy brings deep expertise in financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, and reporting and analysis to this new position. His experience will help ensure that McCormick Taylor remains financially strong while driving long-term strategic growth.
  Craig Carson, CPM | Deputy Director, Watershed Services
Over his 30-year career, Craig has led multi-disciplinary design teams and managed complex Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) programs, with a focus on watershed restoration studies, Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) implementation plans, stream restoration, stormwater management, and green infrastructure projects. Now as Deputy Director, Watershed Services, Craig will expand his role in watershed-related business development initiatives, strategic pursuits, and quality assurance. Craig’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, including design, permitting, construction oversight, restoration monitoring, and long-term maintenance.
  Bryan Hanover, PE, PTOE | Deputy Director, Traffic Engineering
As Deputy Director, Traffic Engineering, Bryan will expand his role in traffic-related business development initiatives, strategic pursuits, and quality assurance for the Company. With a Professional Engineering license in seven states backed by 30 cumulative years of experience, Bryan brings a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges through extensive project and contract management efforts. His expertise includes traffic engineering studies, operational analyses, and preliminary and final traffic control device design completed for various intersection, interchange, corridor, and network transportation projects.
  Vittorio Anepete, PE, CME | Assistant Director, Transportation Engineering
In his new role as Assistant Director, Transportation Engineering, Vittorio will expand his reach in regional related business development initiatives, strategic pursuits, and quality assurance for the Company’s New Jersey market. With 20 years of diverse experience, Vittorio brings a well-rounded perspective to complex infrastructure projects. His expertise includes geometric design, roadside design, stormwater management, utility exploration and engineering, right-of-way engineering, traffic control, highway access design, and construction inspection.
  Drew Bellotti | Assistant Director, Accounting
As Assistant Director, Accounting, Drew will serve as a key link between accounting staff and senior leadership, providing oversight of core processes and contributing to the Company’s broader financial strategy. With a cumulative 23 years of experience, Drew brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. His extensive background in financial reporting, audits, and internal controls will allow him to successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify financial solutions that align with overall company objectives.
  David Galeone, PE | Assistant Director, Transportation Engineering
Over his 30-plus years at McCormick Taylor, David has successfully led numerous high-profile transportation projects and jointly managed the Harrisburg Highway Group. As Assistant Director, Transportation Engineering, David will expand his role in roadway-related business development initiatives, strategic pursuits, and quality assurance for the Company. His expertise includes design and construction schedules, geometric designs, roundabout designs, barrier designs, right-of-way plans, cost estimates, specifications, and final PS&E packages.
  Craig Smith, PE | Assistant Director, Water Resources
Craig has a cumulative 20 years of design, project management and group management experience. As Assistant Director, Water Resources, he will expand his role in water resources-related business development initiatives, strategic pursuits, and quality assurance discipline wide. Craig brings a depth of experience to his role, including hydraulic modeling in support of bridge and culvert designs, floodplain improvements, stream relocations, surface and subsurface detention and retention stormwater management facility design, stormwater facility inspection and compliance, permitting, and erosion and sediment control design.
  Sam Styers, PE, Assoc. DBIA | Assistant Director, Transportation Engineering
In his new role as Assistant Director, Transportation Engineering, Sam will expand his involvement in Virginia-focused business development initiatives, strategic pursuits, and quality assurance. With 28 years of civil, utility, and environmental engineering experience, Sam has a broad technical foundation that he brings to his new role. His expertise includes numerous public infrastructure projects involving roadway widenings, intersection improvements, bike/pedestrian accommodations, traffic signal upgrades/additions, and turn lane additions. Sam also serves as Design Manager on multiple VDOT Design-Build projects.
