Bio

Dawn’s focus is on our most important asset—our people. Engaging top talent, advocating for staff development and training, and managing a comprehensive benefits program are among her priorities. From talent acquisition to employee benefits, relations, and retention, she oversees the life of an employee at McCormick Taylor.

With over 15 years of experience, Dawn leverages the insights she gains through working with ownership, management, and employees to help shape the strategic direction of our organization. Her blend of experience with business management and employee relations gives her a unique perspective that she brings to our firm’s operations team.

Dawn is a certified professional by the HR Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management. In her free time, she is involved with Project Home, and enjoys urban gardens, traveling overseas, relaxing at the beach, and brushing up on her French verb conjugation.
