Rob currently oversees McCormick Taylor’s Transportation and Construction Inspection teams in Maryland. He has 25 years of transportation final engineering design and project/program management throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including more than 5 years at the Maryland Department of Transportation’s State Highway Administration. Rob is a registered Professional Engineer in six states and districts, including: Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, District of Columbia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
In July 2025, Rob will serve as the Vice-President for ACEC/Maryland promoting good business practices and engaging member firms to strengthen business environments through government advocacy, political action, and business education.
Outside of work, Rob loves to travel with his wife and daughter and has plans to visit six remaining states (four of those in June/July 2025) in his quest to visit all 50 states. He is very passionate about Penn State football and attends games whenever he can. When not busy with traveling, Rob also loves to coach softball, host barbeques with his family and friends and watch his daughter play on the high school basketball and softball Junior Varsity teams.
