In his role as Regional Vice President, Jim is a key member of McCormick Taylor’s Business Resources Team (BRT) and leads regional services for the Company’s Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina offices. He also manages Design-Build Services companywide and the firm’s Noise Abatement Group. Within the BRT, Jim provides strategic project oversight and drives business development throughout the region.
Jim is a seasoned leader, holding Professional Engineering (PE) licenses in 10 states and garnering 33 years of management experience in transportation planning and design. He is also a certified Associate DBIA member, demonstrating his proficiency in alternative delivery methods. Jim is passionate about providing innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of his clients and stakeholders.
Jim is a mentor to his teams and an active member of several professional associations including ASHE, MAE, ASCE, DBIA, and CEAM. He is also a passionate Baltimore Ravens and Penn State football fan and cheers them on every weekend throughout the season.
