Tennile oversees the strategic pursuits, quality assurance, and operations of the company's energy sector. With an area of expertise in environmental permitting and planning, she is responsible for the sector's growth and development, including environmental and engineering services. Her experience includes development of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity support documents, alternative routing analysis, Section 404 Wetland permitting, mitigation design, NEPA documents, and development of avoidance and minimization documents.


In her nearly 20 years of experience, Tennile has worked with state and federal agencies in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and Pennsylvania on aviation, transportation, municipal utility, and energy sector projects. Her quality assurance responsibilities include planning documents, environmental reports, QA/QC reviews, Erosion and Sediment Control submittals, and scope and document preparation.


On weekends, Tennile can be found on the soccer field sidelines and basketball courts cheering on her children. She enjoys any time she can spend outside, walking in the woods behind her house, running, or just sitting in a hammock reading a book.
